Chris recently participated at the Science Student-Alumni Mixer as part of Carleton University’s Faculty of Science 50th Anniversary celebration.
The Mixer was held on the evening of Thursday, September 19th at 7:00 pm. A formal panel ran from 7:30-9:00 pm, with questions being asked to each of the panelists about their history, how they got their jobs in science, and what they felt was necessary to succeed.
In addition to Chris, four other Carleton science alumni formed the panel, including:
- David Skinner, President of Consumer Health Products Canada
- Swati Chakravarty-Marcon, Director of Global Channels at Communication Components Inc.
- Martin Pergler, Senior Risk Expert at McKinsey & Co.
- Jason Flick, CEO and Co-Founder at You i Labs Inc.
